How much this palettes cost how can Iget them
Well, it depends on where you are…you can get this palette online. I never try it yet but this palette is from Coasteal Scents and you can buy it from their website.

If from Malaysia, I found one dealer who sell the palette…I’m not sure also because din’t try to buy from her. She sell it for RM80

@melinda: You could check out this blog. I dunno if she sell the 28 neutral eyeshadows but she definitely sell 88 palettes. You could try and ask her. She sells the 88 palettes for only RM80. I dunno about the shipping fees but it must be no less than RM10.
